RACE REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

  • Race registration

  • Entry / access to the KTR race village, Friday to Sunday

  • ALL NEW!!!  Camping fees for Friday and/or Saturday nights

    • Participants will NOT pay camping fees beginning 2026

  • Kilimanjaro National Park & West Kili National Forest fees

  • Fully stocked race feed zones (approx every 8km / 5mi)

  • Hot meal on Kilimanjaro’s Shira Plateau

  • T-shirt and swag bag

  • Medical & emergency care + search & rescue

NOT INCLUDED:

  • Tanzanian visa and/or travel to Tanzania

  • Transport to / from KTR race village

  • Tent rentals

  • Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the race village, from a number of quality vendors

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS AVAILABLE AT REGISTRATION:

  • KTR race village entry or camping fees for non-runners: $20 pp/night

  • Standard tent (2 person) rental with 2 mattresses: $35 /night (standard)

  • VIP tent (walk-in tent includes single cot, mattress, duvet and pillow for each person + folding chair(s) on front vestibule): $85 / night

  • Sleeping bag: $7.50 / night (not needed with VIP tent)

  • Airport transfers: $55 per person one-way (shared vehicles)

NON-RUNNERS ATTENDING:

  • KTR race village entry (no camping): FREE

  • Camping fees: $20 per person per night

  • Spectator inside Kilimanjaro National Park: $150

    • Includes transport, hot lunch, options for hiking, access to checkpoint feed zones, and West Kilimanjaro Forest entry

  • West Kilimanjaro Forest entry: $15

    • For day hikes in the forest + access to the last ultra marathon checkpoint feed zone and/or ability to pace your runner to the finish line (last 5.5km / 3.5mi)
